We use latest marketing techniques, recruitment systems, networks, business networks, social media strategies, electronic communications and existing database of volunteers.

The Innerpulse  Volunteer Program, includes;

  • To lead, coordinate and deliver recruitment, training, policies, resources and services for volunteers, inclusive of communication, engagement and recognition strategies
  • To manage the operational plan for volunteers for the event, inclusive of check in and checkout, meals, inclusive of issues resolution and volunteer engagement and welfare.
  • To work with department’s areas and other key stakeholders to ensure that there is a cohesive approach to services provided to the volunteer workforce which include catering, uniforms, accreditation, transport and venue operations.
  • Event Peak package includes the delivery below;
  1. Planning – Develop an overarching workforce plan and workforce headcount mapping to create a central source of truth of workforce numbers, across all departments, venues, events. Plan of policies and procedures for the program.
  2. Recruitment – Recruitment strategy targeting the demographic, skills, capability and behaviors as per role scope.  Liaise with local networks, Universities, latest social media strategies and marketing strategies to reach target market. Work with the team for marketing strategies and manage all queries.
  3. Selection – Conduct a selection process with candidates.
  4. Communication with volunteers – Communicate information about the event, logistics, where to park, uniform, role descriptions, health and safety, FAQ’s for customers, manage phone calls and emails. Update relevant information on  website.
  5. Training Services – Organise and facilitate training sessions, inclusive of General volunteer Induction, role specific training and coordinating relevant courses per individual. Organise the trainers & subject matter experts to deliver the training. Organise the logistics, catering, attendance and staffing required.
  6. Roster – Roster the workforce by role and location. Manage shift changes. Work with each  department to understand the roster requirements & implications.
  7. Engagement – create and implement approved engagement initiatives for the event. The extent to volunteers are motivated to contributed to the RQYS success and are willing to apply discretionary effort to accomplishing tasks important to the achievement of the organizational goals. Engagement > Workforce Satisfaction > Event Success.
  8. Operational – Manage the check in process on the day, including coordination of no-shows and latecomers. Ensure uniform, meals & drink check in area and bag drop facilities. Support roster changes.
  9. Post Event Thanks – organize a post event Thank You Event.
